The room offered a stunning view and was conveniently located near hiking trails, making outdoor exploration easy. Enjoying the delicious crepes was a highlight of my stay, as was the unique fish tank in the lobby. However, the overall atmosphere felt a bit crowded, and the check-in process was slower than expected. The accessibility features in the rooms could also use improvement.

Family getaway with fun
The activities for kids are endless here. I mean, my kids loved painting in the art room, they were super excited to bring home their masterpieces. The arcade kept them entertained for hours. I swear I lost track of time playing air hockey with them, it was a blast.
It wasn’t a bargain but it was okay for what we got.

Oh, the dining scene at Potawatomi was a delight! The hearty buffet had some standout dishes that really tickled my taste buds, though we ended up eating out due to the temperature issues. Plus, the arcade and pool were perfect for the kiddos — they just couldn’t get enough!
Now, I’ve gotta spill the tea about our room, it was cramped, and storage options were nearly non-existent. The bathroom wasn’t any better with barely enough space for essentials.

I really enjoyed my stay at Potawatomi Inn & Cabins. The location next to the lake made for stunning views. The indoor pool was a big hit with the kids. they spent hours splashing around. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The public areas of the property are well-kept, with cozy fireplaces that added a nice touch. However, we did notice some issues that could use attention. The seating options in public areas felt limited, particularly for families. We also found the rooms to be somewhat small and potentially lacking in amenities like trash cans in the bathrooms. Despite these minor inconveniences, the charm of the historic inn made our visit enjoyable.
